掌握软件工程方法及开发技术，组件化开发方法、面向对象分析方法，以及模型驱动开发方法。
使用过常用的java 中间件（redis kafka es等），熟悉其中的基础原理。
逻辑思维清晰，表达能力出色。
对操作系统/网络/内存有深入了解的优先考虑。
