2、负责业务系统的运行维护和bug修复，保障系统稳定运行；
3、对所负责系统模块进行规划，并结合项目不断优化和升级，提高性能、稳定性、可用性和扩展性；
4、进行技术预研和技术攻关，突破系统和项目中的技术难点；
5、积极探索AI提效工具（如IDE智能代码生成工具等），提升团队研发效率。
岗位要求：
1、精通Java语言及生态（Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis、MQ等），熟悉微服务架构；
2、熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库技术，掌握性能优化与高并发场景解决方案；
3、代码习惯良好，注重可读性、扩展性与可维护性；
4、积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
5、有AI工具使用经验者优先（如Cursor、Trae、Qoder等）；熟悉Python/Go等语言，具备全栈开发经验的优先；
6、熟悉前端Vue2/3框架，有实际项目应用经验优先。
