岗位职责：
1、负责公司安全、职业卫生、特种设备等相关管理；
2、负责组织安全标准化管理体系建设、认证；
3、负责参加上级单位相关会议，传达有关文件，组织报送公司隐患排查；
4、负责EHS相关方案的设计、宣传、演练、培训、监督实施、考核等工作；
任职资格：1.学历：本科及以上学历。
专业：安全工程、化工安全、消防工程等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验
3年以上制造业EHS或安全管理工作经验。
具备饲料、食品或化工行业经验者优先。
有危化品安全管理、粉尘防爆、有限空间作业等高风险领域管理经验者优先。
3. 证书资质
必须持有或承诺入职后考取：安全生产管理人员资格证书。
优先考虑：持有注册安全工程师证书（化工安全类尤佳）
4.能力素质要求
专业知识：熟悉国家安全生产法律法规，了解EHS管理体系运作，掌握风险辨识、隐患排查、应急管理等核心方法。
业务理解：能够快速理解饲料调味剂行业生产工艺及常见安全风险点。对危化品、粉尘、机械伤害等风险有清晰认知。
综合素质：具备较强的责任心、沟通协调能力和执行力；愿意深入生产一线；具备一定的文字功底和数据分析能力。

有从0到1搭建EHS体系经验：能帮助公司快速建立规范化的安全管理体系。
熟悉政府监管流程：有与应急管理、消防等部门对接经验。
