【岗位职责】
①参与公司软件产品的开发与维护，包括模块开发、性能优化等；
②参与系统架构设计与技术方案制定，推动系统高可用、高性能发展；
③参与母公司课题组协同协作，完成项目需求分析与功能实现。
【岗位要求】
（1）学历专业：本科及以上学历，计算机应用技术/信息技术/软件工程/机器学习等相关专业优先；
（2）工作年限：1-3年
（3）出差要求：临时短期出差
（4）岗位技能：
①熟悉Python语言，面向对象编程，具备良好编程思维；
②熟悉Linux系统及常用命令，具备一定的服务器部署与维护经验；
③掌握http协议、web框架应用、数据库优化等基本方法；
④掌握mysql、redis、milvus、minio等常见中间件的使用；
⑤掌握docker、podman等容器技术，能独立完成项目的镜像封装；
⑥具备良好的算法思维和工程实现能力，能独立完成模块开发；
⑦了解RAG相关算法，有相关开发经验者优先；
⑧沟通协调能力较强，性格开朗，身体素质好，有一定的抗压能力。
