任职要求:
1.5年以上实际开发工作经验(校内或实习经验不算)，独立完成或主导过中小型项目设计及开发；
2.有医疗产品开发经验者优先，有AI大模型使用经验者优先，带领过3人以上小团队者优先；
3.精通Java/C#中任意一门语言，了解前端基础知识；
4.充满事业心，热爱编程，对数据结构、算法有独到见解；
5.熟练掌握各种WEB/ORM框架，了解微服务，分布式，有1年以上架构设计经验；
6.对前沿技术保持敏感认知，常活跃于开源社区更佳。
岗位职责:
1.本岗位对技术部门负责人进行汇报，包含日常研发进度、项目周报等；
2.深度参与医疗行业产品设计，在设计阶段能够提出问题以及个人独到见解；
3.带领团队成员完成需求拆解、排期以及技术选型和问题攻关，按时保质完成产品研发进度；
4.对产品质量负责，在测试部门的配合下，完成产品测试以及BUG修复；
5.参与部分项目交付，在产品落地初期，为客户制定部署方案，指导现场人员完成产品到项目的交付；
6.配合产品部完成产品文档库的建立以及更新。
