岗位职责：
1、管理生产运作，确保所有的活动符合相关GMP和质量体系标准要求，特别是中国GMP的法规要求；
2、复核生产记录文件以保证完整、准确并符合GMP规定；
3、及时发现产品生产线上可能的问题，并采取更正预防措施确保产品质量和工艺能力；
4、负责生产产品的工艺，产品的变更控制管理；
5、对受托方的审计管理和质量协议的审核；
6、对产品质量定期回顾和趋势分析，评估数据和报告，提出持续改进机会；
7、负责管理受托生产企业在生产或生产支持事务的偏差/差异调查；
8、对受托企业的稳定性和留样进行管理，确保符合法规要求；
9、其他上级主管指派的相关工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，药学或相关专业；
2、制药行业10年以上相关经验（制剂），其中8年以上质量经验，5 年或以上管理经验；
3、熟悉药品生产FDA、 GMP法规知识，无菌经验优先；
4、拥有管理和发展团队的经验，良好的沟通和解决问题能力，
5、具备责任心，专业性，良好的团队合作精神，关注细节，结果导向；
6、英语读写能力佳，口语能基本交流。
