[岗位职责]
1、参与产品方案讨论与技术调研、给出解决方案，并负责相关文档的编写维护。
2、根据业务需求，可独立完成技术可行性报告、概要设计、详细设计、并撰写相关文档，负责讲解相关设计。
3、搭建系统开发环境、完成系统框架与核心代码开发。

[任职要求]
1、计算机或相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Web 后端开发经验。
2、Java 基础扎实，具有扎实的计算机技术基础和良好的编程习惯。
3、熟悉开源框架(Spring / SpringBoot / MyBatis / SpringCloud / Dubbo 等)，并且对其核心思想、实现原理有一定的认知。
4、熟悉数据库设计（ MySQL 优先），优秀的 SQL 编写及调优能力，熟悉常见 NoSQL 和 KV 存储，如 Hbase / Redis / MongoDB 等。
5、熟悉高并发架构设计、有高并发、高可用架构实战经验优先。
6、了解 Hadoop / Flink / Impala / Spark 等开源大数据技术优先。
7、能快速学习和实践新知识，不惧怕技术挑战。
8、良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力。
9、逻辑清楚、思维清晰、代码规范、具备良好的分析、理解、解决问题能力。
10、良好的自驱性，性格踏实，乐于去主动承担相关工作（皮实、乐观、勤于自省）。
