任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java后端开发经验。
2. 精通Java基础、多线程、集合框架等核心技术，熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架。
3. 具备分布式系统设计经验，熟悉MySQL、Redis、消息队列等中间件的原理与应用。
4. 拥有良好的问题分析与解决能力，能独立排查并解决生产环境中的技术问题。
5. 具备新能源或汽车零部件行业经验者优先。
