2. 精通Java与J2EE体系，熟练使用Spring全家桶、Mybatis、Dubbo、SpringCloud等主流框架；
3. 熟练MySQL，熟悉PostgreSQL、Oracle、MongoDB，具备数据库建模与SQL优化能力；
4. 拥有分布式、微服务架构实战经验，了解Redis、RabbitMQ、Nginx、Docker等中间件与容器技术；
5. 具备较强业务理解力与需求分析能力，可独立输出技术方案，并完成跨团队沟通汇报；
6. 熟悉常用设计模式，具备组件化、模块化设计思维，擅长撰写各类技术文档；
7. 有大型分布式、高并发系统开发经验优先，拥有低代码框架开发经验优先。
