岗位职责
1.参与产品需求分析与技术评审，结合业务场景设计高效、可扩展的 Python 后端技术方案，输出完整的系统设计文档、接口文档；
2.负责 Python 后端核心模块开发、接口开发与服务实现，编写高质量、可维护的代码，全程参与需求对接、设计开发、联调测试、bug 修复、项目上线及运维保障；
3.负责现有后端系统、服务架构的优化迭代，进行性能调优、代码重构、逻辑优化，提升系统稳定性、并发能力与用户体验；
4.结合业务需求落地算法应用，参与算法模型的服务化封装、接口开发与部署调优，支撑业务算法场景落地；
5.跟踪学习 Python 后端、AI 算法、云原生*新技术趋势，将新技术应用到实际项目中，提升团队技术水平。
任职要求
1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学、人工智能等相关专业；
2.3 年及以上Python 后端开发实战经验，精通 Python 核心语法、异步编程、多线程 / 多进程开发；
3.具备扎实的后端技术功底：熟悉 Web 框架（FastAPI/Django/Flask 至少一种）、MySQL/Redis/ MongoDB 等数据库开发与优化，有线上问题排查、系统性能调优经验；
4.熟悉分布式系统开发，掌握微服务、消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）、缓存、异步处理等中间件原理与使用；
5.具备基础算法能力，熟悉常用数据结构与算法，有推荐算法、排序算法、文本处理、机器学习模型落地等相关经验者优先；
6.掌握容器化技术，熟练使用 Docker，有 Kubernetes 项目部署、运维经验者优先；
7.具备良好的接口设计、文档编写能力，沟通顺畅，团队协作意识强，能独立负责模块开发；
8.有 AI 项目、大模型应用开发、算法服务化部署经验者优先；熟悉 Java/go 等其他后端语言者优先。
