QA Assistant Manager

Engage WX Rx quality management including structure quality team, quality budget, quality KIPs, QMS
planning implementation, validation customer compliant handling etc.

业务/职能的范围——主要专业领域/岗位职责
Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities
1. 全面负责车房的质量管理工作.
Responsible fthe overall quality management of the Rx Lab.
2. 主导万新车房产品进入市场前的技术、合规确认。根据依视路工程项目要求及目标，主导对万新公
司车房产品进行阶段性的验证与确认
Lead the product release/market release to Wanxin products launched in Gr. China market. .
Lead Wanxin network products validation to support Engineering projects.
3. 主导万新车房质量管理体系的部署及监督其执行；
Lead Wanxin Rx lab quality management system deployment monitoring its effectiveness.
4. 确保适当的资源和流程以满足日常质量检验工作的开展。Ensure appropriate resources
processes are in place to fthe day-to-day quality inspection work.
5. 5M1E 变更管理验证与确认
Lead 5M1E change validation
6. 主导车房测量监视设备的内外校
Lead Rx measurement system internal-external calibration.
7. 推动质量异常，不合格产品的处置与改善
Quality issues/NCs handling corrective action planning deployment.
8. 测量系统及测试方法的总体管理，含测试技术，人员能力培训，设备状态等
Test method management
9. 客诉处理
Customer complaint handling
10. 完成职能负责人安排的其它工作
Complete other work assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications
经验
Experience 73 具 5 年以上质量管理工作经验
Above 5 years of quality management experience in industry
73 熟悉镜片生产制造流程优先
Being familiar with the optical lens manufacturing process is a plus
73 良好的沟通协调能力及分析能力
Good communication/coordinate data analytical capability
73 理工类学历专业背景
Engineering professional background
73 熟悉镜片的相关国际国家及行业标准及法规者优先:ISO /GB/QB/ANSI
Be familiar with related ISO/GB/QB/ANSI standards of lens industry
regulatory is preferred
技能
Skills
1. With goodal written English skill, Chinese is a must
具备良好的英语听说读写技能.中文是基本要求.
2. Team management/Open mind / creative / Good communication skill
团队管理经验，思维开阔,有创造力.良好的沟通技能
3. Rich systematical experience on Quality theories 5 tools.
熟悉质量理论与 5 大工具
4. National quality engineer certification/6 sigma black belt /reliability
engineer certification is preferable.
国家注册质量工程师/6 西格玛黑带/注册可靠性工程师优先
5. Project Management experience is preferred
