岗位职责：
Sales:
• Show our products services to our existing/potential customers effectively
• Monitoring reporting competition information, from a general overview fassigned territory
• Tracking domanagement system
• Co-op with channel team, plan implement promotions
• Follow up brand/marketing/VM guidelines provide needed data, report to Regional managers Channels
• Periodically review sell-out status with customers
• Discuss specific promotion activities with relevant team
Planning & Management:
• Lead cross-functional customer support projects ( partially onsite), achieve set commercial Target, track business results of customer support project, identify business opportunities drive fconstant growth
• Consolidate the performance indices report of relevant projects to internal/ external stakeholder with impactful analysis recommendation fbusiness opportunities
• Work with assortment planning, visual merchandising to achieve overall operation strategy
• Comprehend business data information translate them to business insights to facilitate insight-led fact-based decision-making
• Guide, support coach regions sales team to implement/execute retail programs tools
• Facilitate best practice sharing between functions regions, define scalable processes actively support regions to achieve agreed targets KPI’s
• Drive, roll out execute regional national projects
• Work with cross-functional teams closely to develop external intelligence on industry, competitor, consumer/ shopper trends
销售部分
• 向我们的现有客户和潜在客户展示我们的产品和服务。
• 从总体业务角度监控区域竞争对手信息并及时传达报告。
• 负责区域门店管理系统
• 通过与全国通路营销团队密切合作，策划和执行营销活动。
• 遵循品牌/营销/ VM指导方针并提供数据，向区域经理和区域通路营销报告需求情况。
• 定期与主要客户回顾动销状况
• 与客户洽谈和制定有针对性的促销活动
计划及管理部分
• 主导跨部门客户支持项目（部分需要在现场主导），达成既定销售目标，跟进项目的业绩结果，找出生意机会并且推进持续增长
• 整合相应项目的各类业绩指标报告发送给内部/外部相关部门并提出有建设意义的分析及建议以增加生意机会
• 与assortment planning及VM等部门通力合作以达成总体运营策略
• 理解各类生意数据/信息并转换成业务/生意见解报告来帮助业务策略的制定
• 指导并支持地区销售团队来贯彻/执行零售项目计划及工具
• 促进各部门及地区间的案例交流，积极指定相应的工作流程以支持地区销售达成既定的销售目标及KPI
• 开展,推进并执行各类区域及全国类项目
• 与各跨部门团队紧密合作以获取/开发业内、竞品、客户、终端消费者的动态、商业信息来
任职要求：
• Bachelor’s degree, good commof English good computer skill is a big plus
• 3 plus years of sales experience with not less than 2 years experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Fashion/Retail background is a plus.
• Confident negotiatability to ‘close the deal’.
• Strong client management skills ability to keep promises.
• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas solutions.
• Ability to use own initiative pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to cope with competing demands to priorities tasks.
• Strong communication skills in all forms including written,al, email, telephone, presentation.
• Excellentganizational time management skills.
• A positive attitude to dealing with people.
• Capable of working independently, having responsibility as an individual.

• 3年以上的销售经验和在消费品批发/分销公司不少于2年的经验，时尚/零售行业背景尤佳
