岗位职责：
1、根据产品/项目的规划，参与开发过程，并负责交付物的发布及维护；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2、有5年左右正规项目开发经验，了解设计模式，能够娴熟的进行需求分析和系统设计；
3、熟悉高性能、高并发、高可用性分布式系统设计，熟悉RPC、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、Nginx等，并能进行系统的调优和优化；
4、熟悉JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化；
5、可以持续改进开发流程、规范、工具、框架，提高团队开发质量、效率。
6、熟悉MySQL数据库，有数据库调优经验；
7、负责高并发OLTP系统的性能调优；
8、可以独立完成系统分析、设计，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量；
9、精通spring的java开发生态。
10、对AI充满好奇，已使用大模型或AI编程工具解决实际问题，并能分享独到心得（如微调、RAG、Agent、Prompt 优化等）

以上岗位有以下工作经历者优先
1、熟悉基金、证券业务流程和相关知识；
2、对基金交易清算、资金划拨、份额登记有深入理解；
3、有相关docker/k8s的运维及使用经验；
