岗位职责：
• 参与和主导特斯拉自研 SRM 系统的核心模块开发与架构设计，支撑供应商数据管理、招投标管理、供应商绩效评估等业务场景
• 使用 C#/.NET 构建高可用微服务架构，通过 Angular/React 开发响应式前端界面，实现供应商协作流程的数字化闭环
• 通过 APM 工具（Splunk/Grafana/等）监控供应商系统运行指标，持续优化系统可用性与扩展性
• 从架构设计到生产部署，交付端到端完整功能解决方案
• 撰写相关、简洁、高质量的文档，完善特斯拉知识库以促进组织信息共享
• 在快节奏环境中具备多任务处理及并行任务管理能力

任职要求：
• 计算机科学、计算机工程、电子工程或同等专业本科及以上学历
• 至少 5 年工作经验
• 精通面向对象编程语言（优先 C#，接受 Java、C++、Go 或 Python）
• 具备大规模微服务架构与单页前端应用 (SPA) 的开发经验
• 精通分布式系统设计，能构建具有清晰 API 的去中心化架构
• 能快速理解复杂问题并有效推动团队达成技术决策
• 具备 MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server 等数据库经验
• 熟悉 JMeter、Selenium 等自动化测试框架/工具及 BDD 测试方法
• 具备将新兴技术应用于业务问题的创新思维
