【岗位职责】
1. 负责核心业务系统的架构设计、技术选型与核心代码编写
2. 主导Spring Cloud微服务架构的落地实施，包括服务拆分、注册发现、配置中心、网关、熔断降级等
3. 攻克高并发、高可用、分布式事务等技术难题，保障系统稳定性与性能
4. 参与技术规范制定、代码评审，指导初中级工程师成长
5. 配合运维完成Docker/K8s容器化部署与CI/CD流水线建设

【任职要求】
硬性条件
1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验
2.扎实的Java基础，精通JVM调优、多线程、NIO
3.精通Spring Cloud全家桶（Nacos、Gateway、Sentinel、Seata等），有实际微服务项目架构经验
4.熟练使用MySQL/Oracle，具备分库分表、SQL优化能力
5. 熟悉Redis、RocketMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch等中间件底层原理与调优
6.熟悉Docker、Kubernetes，有容器化部署经验
7.良好的沟通协作能力，有技术团队带教经验优先
8.会用ai开发硬性条件
