岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略规划，全面负责产品、市场营销、运营等整体业务规划，推动市场成长和业务发展，对公司经营结果负责。
2、分析行业动态及竞品动态，制定公司市场品牌规划，推进品牌的建设与管理，提升产品品牌力与影响力。
3、构建公司整体营销体系，制定并全面监督执行公司市场营销策略，推动新媒体营销管理体系的规范化并有效落地。
4、根据公司年度经营目标，制定产品、运营、销售策略与实施方案，监控销售进度与销售动态，指导、带领团队完成销售指标。
5、负责营销全流程及相关工作节点的管控，根据业务实际情况不断优化业务及管理流程，提升运营效率。
6、负责营销相关部门之间的管理协调工作，合理分配资源，提高跨部门合作效率。
7、负责营销团队搭建与管理、组织建设和梯队建设，不断提升团队战斗力和组织能力。

职位要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，10年以上市场、品牌营销相关工作经历，丰富的新媒体线上市场推广、品牌营销和团队管理经验。
2.擅长线上线下的市场活动策划和执行，且公关能力强，能够有效应对突发事件。
3.熟悉社交新媒体的特点和需求，对热点事件具有强烈的敏感度，能够迅速发掘热点并引发媒体报道。
4.具备敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力。
5.优秀的沟通协调和团队合作能力，良好的领导力和影响力，能有效进行项目管理和团队管理和跨部门沟通。
6.能够自我驱动，抗压力强，工作严谨负责，具有大局观和使命感，具备创业精神者优先。
