1、针对音频信号处理算法的技术研究，设计并仿真音频处理算法；
2、负责音频算法的实现及工程化；
3、负责嵌入式平台（DSP、ARM CPU/MCU等）上算法的实现、移植、搭建、调试和接口设计；
4、算法性能评估，优化DSP的架构和性能；
5、负责算法流程、逻辑优化，基于平台指令集的优化等；
6、参与声学测试并抽象出物理数学模型并仿真和验证；
7、负责算法软件开发文档编写，包括设计文档、用户手册、测试报告等。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、计算机科学、信号处理等相关理科专业；
2、具有2年以上数字信号处理相关工作经验，具有专业音频的数字处理开发经验者从优；
3、熟练使用C/C++编程语言及Mathlab开发工具，熟悉汇编语言；
4、熟悉ADI、TI或ARM CPU开发平台，1年以上使用音频算法开发环境的经验；
5、熟悉软件开发流程，具有良好的代码和文档编写习惯；
6、熟练音频算法的优化和调试过程，具有在性能、资源等方面有优化的经验，相对成熟的音频处理算法经验者优先，平台不限；
7、熟悉相关音频信号处理技术者优先，如麦克风阵列信号处理、语音降噪、声源定位等；
8、具有扎实的数学基础，具有有较强的算法分析和建模能力，可在嵌入式平台或专业DSP上完成产品调试和信号处理算法的工程化实现；
9、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与跨功能团队有效协作。
