1.本科以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业，具备良好的软件技术文档编制习惯和代码书写规范，英文阅读能力；

2.5年以上实际JAVA项目开发实施工作经验，有项目管理及团队管理经验；

3.精通JAVA编程、常用设计模式、SSM（Struts/Spring/MyBatis）等开发框架，有Dubbo,SpringCloud开发经验更佳；

4.熟悉使用MySQL、Oracle等数据库，具备较强的SQL编写能力；

5.有泛微OA开发项目经验优先；

6.思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题；

7.具有团队精神和执行力，热爱软件工作，富有学习和钻研精神，抗压能力强。
