• 对接代工厂/外协厂，管理生产排期、交付与质量
• 参与关键供应商评估、导入与产能协调
• 跟踪物料齐套率，降低缺料对交付的影响
5. 成本与效率优化
• 推动降本项目（工艺优化、工时优化、良率提升等）
• 监控生产相关成本，支持 BOM 与制造成本优化决策
6. 团队管理
• 管理并培养生产/装配团队
• 建立清晰的岗位分工、绩效目标与执行标准
任职资格
1. 教育与经验
• 本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业
• 5 年以上智能硬件 / 机器人 / 自动化设备生产管理经验
• 有从样机、试产到量产完整经历者优先
2. 专业能力
• 熟悉机械装配、电气集成、整机调试的生产组织方式
• 了解常见制造工艺（机加、钣金、铸造、线束、电子等）
• 具备生产计划、排产、产能与交期管理能力
3. 管理与沟通
• 具备跨部门协同能力，能在研发、采购、质量之间推进落地
• 有带团队经验，执行力强，抗压能力好
• 逻辑清晰，问题导向，能快速定位并解决生产瓶颈
4. 加分项
• 有机器人整机、自动化产线或复杂装备经验
• 有代工厂管理或多供应商协同经验
• 熟悉 ERP / MES 系统
