岗位职责
1、协助开发维护MES制造执行系统后端功能，参与工单管理、生产报工、工序流转、品质管控、追溯管理等基础模块的业务迭代与接口开发；
2、配合完成常规数据库CRUD、基础SQL编写与简单优化，协助开发业务统计报表，支撑生产工序、产品品质基础数据统计需求；
3、配合团队完成微服务模块联调、基础问题排查、简单线上bug修复，协助保障系统平稳运行；
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，0-1年Java后端开发经验，接受优秀应届生、转行入门开发者，有MES/工厂系统开发经验优先，无经验可培养；
2、掌握Java基础语法，熟悉SpringBoot基础开发，了解SpringCloud微服务基础概念即可；
3、熟悉MySQL基础，会常用增删改查、简单联表查询，了解基础SQL优化思路，能完成常规业务数据开发；
4、了解Redis基础使用场景，熟悉基础缓存操作即可，无需掌握高阶缓存一致性解决方案；
加分项
1、接触过MES、制造业相关系统开发，了解基础生产业务模块者优先；
2、了解基础数据流处理、简单高并发场景优化思路者优先；
3、熟悉Redis常用操作，有简单缓存开发实战经验者优先；
4、能够独立完成简单业务需求开发、迭代落地，有项目实战经验者优先。
