岗位职责：
1.参与项目调研，配合项目经理完成需求分析和系统概要、详细设计并绘制原型；
2.任务拆解、工时评估及开发计划排配；
3.根据开发规范与流程，进行开发团队的任务分配，进度追踪，质量和成本管控，同时承担相应模块的编码、自测以及相关文档的编写工作。
4.参与软件设计的重构、优化，保证产品的可迭代可维护性；
5.项目实施阶段，配合项目经理进行项目实施，对客户进行培训；
6.研发过程中各环境的搭建、系统部署、必要的技术支持与运维工作。

职位要求：
1..统招大专及以上学历，java基础扎实，代码风格规范;熟练掌握springboot、springcloud、MyBatis-Plus框架的使用及原理;具有微服务开发经验;熟悉常见Java开发框架，如Servlet、Spring、springMVC、Mybatis、Spring Boot、SpringCloud Alibaba等；
2.熟练掌握pg、mysql数据库;熟悉redis、rabbitmp的使用;
3.3年以上Java开发经验，有开发负责人经验者优先;有用友ERP系统集成经验优先;
4.熟悉主流关系数据库mysql、postgre sql，拥有关系数据库设计及优化能力，熟悉分布式数据库设计，熟悉大数据量、高并发、高性能的分布式系统的设计、实施、调优；

工作时间：8:30-18:00 双休
