岗位职责（适配调整&资产维护）
负责项目中已实装界面的日常维护、Debug、迭代工作，在不影响既有动效表现的情况下独立完成对界面的资源替换、结构调整。
配合团队完成动效资源适配调整（如多端分辨率适配、不同机型性能优化），跟进动效落地测试，反馈实现问题。
参与通用动效资源库维护（如整理、分类、标注常用动效片段），提升团队资源复用效率。
任职条件
1年以上游戏UI动效执行经验；
熟练使用Unity，UGUI；熟悉Unity Animation、Animator、Timeline、Particle System，熟悉动效制作流程；
具备基础动态审美，能理解并执行既定动效规范；沟通能力良好，认真细心，能快速响应团队需求。
