3. 部署和管理linux服务器

4. 协助主程对游戏框架以及性能的进行调优

5. 与团队人员共同攻克技术难题

职位要求：

1. 3年以上Java游戏服服务端开发经验，棋牌游戏除外

2. 精通Java，有良好的编码习惯，熟悉常见的设计模式并且应用

3. 熟悉socket、熟悉tcp协议、http协议

4. 熟悉常用的开源框架netty、spring等

5. 有linux使用经验，熟悉常用的linux命令

6. 熟悉多线程，并发，线程安全，熟悉常用的消息队列kafka，熟练使用缓存redis，并且有调优能力。

7. 具备独立解决问题的能力，具备对个人工作进度整体把握的能力

8. 热爱技术，对技术有不懈的追求
