2.负责从原材料到成品的全流程质量控制，包括关键生产环节和产品放行审核；
3.及时处理生产偏差和不合格品，主导CAPA执行，推动质量持续提升；
4.组织上市后质量监督工作，包括信息收集、不良事件监测、投诉处理和召回，完成年度质量回顾；
5.配合药监部门监督检查，协助客户和第三方审核，组织对发现问题的整改；
6.管理团队，确保人员接受必要培训，掌握岗位能力；
7.履行其他法规和公司规定的职责及上级安排的工作任务。
任职要求：
1.医疗器械相关专业本科以上学历，或中级以上职称；3年以上医疗器械生产或质量管理经验，医用手套类或高分子材料行业经验优先；
2.掌握医疗器械法规，熟悉手套技术原理和生产工艺，能识别潜在风险；
3.坚持质量底线，抗压能力强，能行使质量否决权并应对质量危机；
4.具备跨部门沟通和领导力，能化解阻力，贯彻质量优先理念；
5.熟练运用质量管理工具，分析数据预测隐患并制定改进方案。
