岗位职责：

2、寻找、评估并选择可靠的供应商，建立长期合作关系。负责与供应商谈判价格、交货条件以及其他合同条款，以确保采购产品的质量和成本的*优化；
3、确保采购成本的有效控制，通过谈判、优化供应链等方式降低采购成本，提高企业盈利能力；
4、确保采购产品的质量符合公司标准和客户需求，建立并执行质量管理体系，监督供应商的质量管理流程；
5、根据月度目标，合理拆解目标；监督采购工作的合理分配，并保证费用指标达成；关注产品库存，保证缺货率以及库存周转率，形成稳定动态平衡；
6、进行团队的组织建设和管理，管理和激励团队成员，建立团队合作精神和执行力，确保团队目标的达成。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，市场营销、供应链管理、商务管理或相关专业；
2、五年以上锂电非标自动化行业采购经验（如卷绕机、叠片机等），三年以上团队管理工作；
3、具备较强的供应链管理、谈判和沟通能力，能够独立开展供应商开发和谈判工作。
4、具备较强的团队管理能力和组织协调能力，有团队管理经验者优先。
5、具备良好的商业敏感度和市场分析能力，能够根据市场变化调整采购策略。
6、具备较强的责任心和执行力，能够承担压力，保证工作质量和进度。
