一、岗位职责：
1. 航天软件系统开发：
参与航天器地面测控系统、卫星数据处理平台、指挥调度等模块的Java后端开发；
根据需求完成代码编写、单元测试及代码优化，确保符合软件系统高可靠性、实时性要求。
2. 技术实现与维护：
使用Spring Boot、SpringCloud等框架、国产化数据库、国产化操作系统进行系统开发，配合团队完成分布式架构设计；
维护现有系统，修复缺陷并优化性能，保障系统在复杂环境下的稳定性。
3. 文档与规范：
编写技术文档，包括接口说明、部署手册、测试报告等，符合航天行业标准化要求；
遵循航天软件工程规范进行开发。
3. 协作与支持：
与项目经理、产品经理、前端工程师、测试工程师协作，解决软件集成问题；
支持航天任务中的紧急问题排查与修复。
二、任职要求：
1. 教育背景：
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程相关专业优先。
2. 技术能力：
熟悉Java语言及JVM原理，掌握多线程、集合框架等基础，熟悉NIO、Netty等网络编程框架；
了解Spring全家桶（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud）、Redis、Kafka等中间件、达梦/MySQL/PostgreSQL数据库；
熟悉Linux操作系统及常用命令，了解Docker/Kubernetes基础操作；
了解网络通信协议（TCP/IP、HTTP）及Restful API设计。
3. 行业知识：
对航天软件的特殊性（如高可靠性、实时性、容错设计）有基本认知；
了解航天领域常见协议（如CCSDS、SpaceWire）者优先。
4. 软技能：
具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力；
责任心强，能适应航天项目阶段性高强度工作；
具备团队协作意识，沟通表达清晰。
5. 加分项：
有服役经历；
有航天或*项目经验；
了解国产化软件适配（如达梦、麒麟OS）。
