岗位职责：
1、负责企业级应用后端系统的设计、开发及优化，保障系统高性能、高可用；
2、参与需求分析、技术方案设计，编写核心模块代码及技术文档；
3、解决系统运行中的技术问题，优化数据库性能及接口响应效率；
4、协同前端、测试团队完成产品迭代，推动项目高质量交付；
5、关注技术前沿，探索并落地适用于业务的创新技术方案。
任职要求：
1、3-5年Java开发经验，扎实的Java基础（JVM、多线程、集合框架等）；
2、熟练掌握Spring全家桶（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等），熟悉MyBatis、Dubbo等常用框架；
3、熟悉MySQL/Oracle等数据库设计与优化，了解Redis、Kafka等中间件；
4、有分布式系统开发经验（如微服务拆分、API网关设计、服务治理等）；
5、具备良好的代码规范意识，熟悉Git、Maven、Jenkins等工具链；
6、有大型互联网项目、高并发系统开发经验者优先；
7、对工业协议有一定基础的优先考虑。

工作时间：5天8小时双休，法定节假日正常休假。
