一、岗位职责
1. 仓储运营管理：
（1）负责国内货物到新疆的调拨管理，确保仓库货物高效运转；

（1）协调公司客服部门、和报关行等部门单位
（2）跟进货物运输状态，货物资料对接进度
3. 库存控制：
（1）建立库存预警机制，定期盘点，分析库存周转率、损耗率等关键指标；
4. 团队管理：
（1）组建并培训仓库团队，制定绩效考核标准，优化人员排班与激励措施；

5. 合规与成本控制：
（1）确保仓库操作符合《海关法》《进出口货物监管条例》及公司SOP；
（2）分析仓储成本（如人力、设备、租金），提出降本增效方案。

二、任职要求
1. 教育背景：
（1）大专及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、仓储管理等相关专业；
（2）持有物流师、报关员、仓储管理师等证书者优先。
2. 工作经验：
（1）3年以上国际物流/货代行业仓库管理经验，熟悉保税仓、监管仓操作流程；
（2）有大型仓储系统（如WMS、ERP）操作经验者优先。
（3）有仓库货物调度操作经验者优先，有货物出口报关经验者优先
3. 核心能力：
（1）业务能力：精通进出口货物清关流程、国际货运代理业务（如海运、空运、多式联运）；
（2）管理能力：擅长团队激励与跨部门协作，能处理多语言环境下的沟通问题；
（3）数据分析能力：熟练使用Excel、Power BI等工具进行库存及成本分析。
