2.制程中品质测试相关SOP的编写；
3.量产后品质控制计划的维护和更新，并适时转化为对应的SIP；
4.制程不良品的控制，包括组织MRB的评审，异常品的追溯和管理；
5.处理电芯产线异常和客户投诉，并回复8D报告；
6.运用质量工具对制程能力做分析，推动工艺持续改进；
7.监督并参与工程变更的评审，确保合规性。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，熟练掌握Excel/Word/PPT等，英语具备基本的读写能力；
2.对常用品质工具有基本的理解，如8D,SPC,MSA,QCP等；
3.有电芯行业工作经验；有完整工艺线体履职经历佳；有国际消费类电池客户的新产品导入经验，有A或M客户经验佳。
