职责描述：
1.遵循开发规范，根据开发进度和任务分配，完成相应模块的开发任务；
2.独立分析、处理和解决遇到的技术问题；
3.进行程序单元、功能的测试，查出功能存在的缺陷并保证其质量；
4.根据开发过程中的体验对产品提出改进建议；
5.配合直接上级领导完成相关任务目标，为相关部门和人员提供技术支持；
6.按项目进度安排完成便利码头的需求开发及线上问题处理；
任职要求：
1.基础知识扎实、3年及3年以上使用JAVA进行web开发的经验；
2.熟悉数据库技术(MySQL)，数据库优化及SQL优化；
3.熟悉Spring、Struts、MyBatis等主流框架；
4.熟练使用git管理平台，熟练使用Maven、Tomcat，熟练使用IEDA开发工具；
5.熟悉缓存、消息存储相关技术，例如：redis、memcached、ActiveMQ等；
6.工作认真负责、积极主动，具有良好的沟通能力与团队合作意识；
