主导Flutter状态管理（如Riverpod/Bloc）、渲染引擎（Impeller/Skia）的深度优化
技术前瞻
跟踪Flutter 3.x+新特性（如Wasm支持、Material 3适配）并推动落地
研究跨平台渲染性能优化方案（如部分渲染、Impeller引擎调优）
任职要求：
