5. 跨部门协同：作为加盟业务的枢纽，高效协同内部的法务、财务、工程、运营、市场等部门，为加盟项目提供全流程支持保障，确保项目顺利推进。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、经济学等相关专业优先。
2. 8年以上连锁品牌加盟拓展或大客户BD工作经验，其中至少3年以上团队管理经验。
3. 必须拥有丰富的区域加盟资源，尤其是华东、华南、华北、西南等核心市场，有成功主导多个加盟项目从0到1落地的完整案例。
4. 熟悉连锁零售、亲子娱乐、生活方式或体验式消费行业的加盟模式与市场格局。
