职责描述：
1、负责系统功能模块设计、数据模型设计和接口设计,并能够编制条理清晰的设计及开发文档。
2、能够指导其他软件工程师的日常开发工作,带领开发小组完成给定的开发、部署、联调测试任务。
3、组织并参与设计评审,以及代码检查,对不合理的设计提出建议,不合规的代码提出修改要求。
4、参与公司核心产品技术选型、技术攻关、技术难题解决。参与开发框架改进,系统稳定性、性能和扩展性优化提升。
任职要求：1、专科及以上学历,5年以上的 JAVA 开发经验,熟练使用 Spring 、 SpringMVC 、 SpringBoot 、 mybatis 等开源框架并了解工作原理;有分布式架构经验者优先;
2、精通关系型数据库设计 ,熟悉 MySql 、 PG 、acle 等主流数据库;
3、熟悉vue、 Html 、 JavaScript 、 JQuery 、 Ajax 、 JSON 等前端技术;
4.、Java 基础扎实,熟悉分布式,缓存,消息队列等机制;
5、熟悉 jvm ,包括内存模型,类加载机制以及性能优化;
6、熟悉使用 Redis , MQ , Kafka 等;
7、熟悉使用 Tomct , Jetty 等应用服务器,并能对应用服务器进行参数调优;
8、能够熟练操作 Nginx , Linux 系统,熟悉日常操作命令;
