【岗位职责】
1、负责后端模块的设计、编码、联调与上线，持续优化性能与稳定性；
2、参与代码评审与单测覆盖，完善日志/指标/告警等可观测能力；
3、与前端/测试协作交付高质量版本，沉淀可复用的组件与规范。

【任职要求】
1、Java 17+ ：Spring Boot 3.x（Web/Validation）。
2、数据访问：MyBatis-Plus；PostgreSQL；Redis。
3、鉴权：Sa-Token。
4、API 规范：OpenAPI 3（springdoc-openapi）。
5、工程与协作：Git（分支策略/PR Code Review）；IDE：IntelliJ IDEA 或 VS Code。
6、构建与模块化：Maven（多模块管理）。
7、消息队列：RabbitMQ（了解延迟队列、死信队列优先）。
8、交付：Docker（可扩展到 CI/CD：GitHub Actions）。
9、AI 编码工具经验（至少其一）：熟练运用 Claude Code / Codex / Curs等进行辅助编码、重构、代码评审与终端工作流。

【加分项】：
1、Kafka（主题分区、副本机制、消费组再均衡，Kafka Connect/Streams 更佳）；
2、Spring Cloud（OpenFeign、Gateway、LoadBalancer、配置中心/注册中心等）；
3、有前端经验优先：Vue 3 + TypeScript + Vite + Arco Design Vue。
