任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 具备 3 年以上 PHP 开发经验，具备社区类、文旅类系统开发经验的人员优先；
3. 熟练运用 Thinkphp 框架，且有多种开源 PHP 框架的实际开发经历，精通 MySQL 数据库的操作与性能优化，掌握前端开发技术，熟练运用 JS、HTML5 等前端技术栈；
4. 熟悉服务器端环境的搭建、配置与维护，能熟练使用常见 Shell 命令，可通过日志分析定位并排查系统问题；
5. 拥有独立负责系统级项目的经验，能够清晰复盘项目履历，精准识别项目现存问题，并对解决方案有成熟的思考与规划；
6. 具备网络安全相关知识储备，熟悉网络编程原理与实践；
7. 具备扎实的技术积累，对常规技术问题可进行逻辑严谨的推理、分析、总结与拓展；
8. 工作踏实、主动，拥有较强的沟通协调能力、学习能力与进取精神。
