- 联动内外部资源，协调各部门及设计合作单位，解决设计及施工中的技术、协同难题，推动设计优化落地。
- 管控设计成本，通过方案优化实现成本节约，同步推进产品创新与设计标准化建设，提升产品差异化优势。
- 带领项目设计团队开展工作，负责团队建设、技术培训，保障团队高效运转。
任职要求：
- 建筑学、城市规划等相关专业统招本科及以上，重点院校优先。
- 8年以上房企设计管理经验，3年+高级管理岗经验，完整负责过1个以上地产项目全周期设计管理，头部房企、甲方设计PM经验优先。
- 精通设计全流程及施工工艺，具备强统筹、沟通协调能力，能抗压，适应快节奏工作，有团队管理能力。
