一、岗位概述
作为项目的技术开发，负责项目技术方案设计、团队技术能力提升、代码质量把控及关键技术难题攻关，高质量交付共创平台的核心业务模块。
二、核心职责
•承担Java应用系统的开发工作，包括需求分析、设计、编码等环节；
•承担Java应用系统的运维工作。
•分析并修复应用系统在使用过程中产生的问题；
•根据要求编写相关的技术文档：撰写所开发功能模块的影响分析、设计文档及部署文档等
•根据业务发展情况进行新技术的调研。
三、任职要求
•本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3-5年Java开发经验和运维经验；
•精通JAVA，扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉常用设计模式.多线程.JVM，包括内存模型.类加载机制以及性能优化，具有系统设计.系统架构能力；
•熟悉Web服务API和微服务架构（HTML，CSS，Java脚本|，Vue，Spring boot和Spring Cloud，REST）；
•熟悉JIRA、Confluence等开发工具；
•有开发运营CI/CD（Git,Gitlab,Jenkins等）和K8S的经验；
•熟悉公有云平台（阿里云等）；
•具备一定的抗压能力；
