工作内容：
1. 负责JAVA项目的开发工作；
2. 负责项目的架构设计和系统设计、详细设计，研究引入新的技术、方法和编程思想；
3. 核心功能的架构与代码模板编写，开发与维护系统公用核心模块，建立和维护代码质量标准以及bug管理，保证代码的执行效率；
4. 审核和评估相关方案与设计，以确保其符合架构规划，满足业务需求；
5. 分析系统瓶颈，解决各种疑难杂症，对系统进行性能调优。
6.具备良好的学习能力，较强的沟通协作能力和较强的自我驱动力，工作态度积极认真，能承受工作压力，有主动解决问题的意识，乐于团队协作
任职要求：
1. 3年以上Java开发的工作经验，基础扎实，有优秀的编码能力及良好的开发习惯；
2. 熟练掌握目前主流的开源框架（Mave、Spring、Spring MVC、MyBatis、springBoot、springCloud,SVN、微服务，基本的安全框架等），并对其核心思想和实现原理有一定的了解；
3.熟练掌握Java数组、Java面向对象、常用基础类、集合、IO流、多线程、异常；
4.JavaWeb：(了解)HTML、CSS、Js,Servlet/JSP（J2EE）,主流模板引擎，其他：mySQL数据库、Quartz 作业调度、Redis 数据库、消息队列、SpringBoot 快速构建JavaEE项目；
5. 熟练掌握常用的设计模式，有大型分布式平台型系统的设计和研发经验；
6. 熟练掌握Mysql常用操作，对数据库事务、锁、并发机制原理有一定的了解；
7. 对技术有激情，对代码有苛刻要求；
8. 有良好的快速学习能力和团队协作能力；
9.有团队管理经验优先。
