一、岗位职责
1. 负责公司Web应用后端功能模块的开发、编码与调试，完成业务需求的技术实现；
2. 参与简单的需求分析与技术方案讨论，配合团队完成模块拆分与开发任务分配；
3. 编写规范、可维护的代码，配合前端进行接口联调，确保功能正常上线；
4. 负责基础的数据库表设计、SQL编写与简单优化，保障数据查询稳定；
5. 协助处理系统日常维护、bug修复及线上简单问题排查；
6. 配合测试团队完成测试用例执行、问题反馈与修复验证；
7. 学习并应用PHP相关基础技术，提升自身开发能力，配合团队完成项目迭代。
二、招聘要求
（一）基本要求
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先（非相关专业有实际开发经验也可）；
2. 1年及以上PHP开发经验，优秀应届生或有实习经验者可放宽；
3. 了解Linux操作系统基本命令，能配合完成服务器环境部署与简单问题排查；
4. 工作认真负责，具备基础的沟通能力与团队协作意识，愿意主动学习新技术；
5. 有基本的代码规范意识，能按要求完成开发文档与接口说明编写。
（二）技术要求
1. 掌握PHP语言基础，熟悉至少一种PHP主流框架（Laravel、ThinkPHP、Yii等其一）的使用；
2. 熟悉MySQL数据库，能独立完成表设计、SQL查询编写，了解基本的索引优化方法；
3. 了解HTTP协议、RESTful API基本规范，能独立开发简单接口并配合前端联调；
4. 掌握HTML/CSS/JavaScript基础语法，能与前端高效沟通协作；
5. 了解常见Web安全风险（如SQL注入、XSS等），具备基础的防护意识；
6. 熟悉版本控制工具（如Git）的基本使用，能完成代码提交、拉取与合并；
7. 加分项：有小型Web项目独立开发经验；了解Redis缓存基础使用；参与过完整的项目开发流程。
