岗位职责：
1、负责公司AI应用系统的设计、开发与优化，实现业务需求的智能化落地；
2、将AI模型高效集成到业务系统或产品中，确保性能与稳定性；
3、参与AI数据平台、智能体应用及相关工具的开发与维护，提升系统易用性与扩展性；
4、对AI应用进行性能调优，包括推理效率、并发处理能力与资源利用率优化；
5、与业务、产品、算法团队紧密合作，理解业务需求并转化为可实施的AI应用方案；
6、参与公司AI应用开发规范、接口标准与*佳实践的制定与推广；
7、编写技术文档，负责应用的版本迭代与持续维护。
任职要求：
1、了解主流Agent开发框架，能够基于框架实现垂类应用，如文档处理、领域RAG系统、故障诊断、工艺优化等。
2、有大模型微调经验，熟悉Prompt-Tuing，LORA等方法，有模型部署经验
3、熟悉图神经网络，有知识图谱开发经验，熟悉知识图谱自动化构建、补全、推理应用方向技术
4、熟悉Python，有工程化经验；熟悉模型部署与优化相关技术。
5、具备AI模型从研发到应用落地的完整流程经验；能够解决模型服务化、接口开发、性能优化等工程化问题；熟悉微服务架构与容器化部署（Docker）；有高并发、分布式系统开发与优化经验优先；
6、3年以上AI应用开发经验，有成功的应用或平台落地案例优先；
7、有开源项目贡献经验；dify平台二次开发经验。
