岗位职责：
1. 主导推进DevOps技术工具链和生态系统体系落地，负责持续交付CICD流程设计，研发和实施，提高运维效率及质量，实现工具化、自动化和平台化；
2. 结合IaaS、PaaS和容器化等技术设计DevOps工具链的发布与运维流程，并制定标准和规范；
3. 负责线上服务运维与监控、应急响应、故障处理，支撑业务运维需求，保障业务的稳定运行；
4. 为系统稳定性提供支持和保障，善于跨团队沟通，包括与基础设施，运维，业务研发等团队紧密合作，识别和发现系统风险，不断提供优化建议。
岗位要求：
1. 计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，至少5年以上运维相关工作经验，3年以上DevOps开发经验；
2. 熟悉DevOps相关的知识技能，容器技术和容器编排技术(Docker, Kubernetes)；精通基于Gitlab, Jenkins的CI/CD流水线开发和流程管理；
3. 能够熟练使用可观测体系组件进行日常开发运维，如Promethues, Grafana, Skywalking，Zabbix等；
4. 利用自动化运维和自动化测试工具，能够运维、开发、测试，包括Ansible、Saltstack等部署和使用；熟悉和了解自动化测试工具及框架；
5. 有强烈的自驱力，对新技术敏感，良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作能力；
