岗位职责：
1、负责系统框架，核心模块和对外接口的详细设计以及业务代码的编写；
2、分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题，不断提高系统的性能；
3、能独立解决开发过程中遇到的难点问题；
4、完成项目经理以及团队负责人安排的工作任务，及时高效完成；
5、负责技术文件的整理，形成详细设计文档。
任职要求：
1、统招本科，5年及以上开发工作经验；
2、有较强的分析问题，有良好的编码习惯，有独立设计、解决问题的能力；
3、有扎实的java基础知识，了解常用的设计模式，了解io、多线程、反射、集合等相关技术。对java中常见的数据结构要有所了解；
4、精通J2EE框架相关技术，精通SSM、Springboot、springcloud等开源框架,并能够了解其原理；
5、了解常见JVM垃圾收集算法。熟悉JVM性能调优者优先；
6、熟练使用idea等开发工具;熟练使用git版本管理工具；
7、熟悉常见数据库使用，包括但不限于mysql、redis、mongo db；
8、有财务软件开发经验优化
