（一）岗位职责
1．参与项目应用架构设计，配合项目经理、架构师落实和实现解决方案；
2．配合制定开发规范、项目的详细设计，培训指导开发人员，解决开发过程中的技术问题；
3．负责重点代码及技术架构的核查，对项目方案或开发人员提出改进、提升建议和意见；
4．落实项目安排的其他相关工作。
（二）职位要求
1．统招本科及以上学历；计算机软件相关专业毕业；
2. 熟练掌握JAVA技术，精通J2EE 架构和设计模式，具备分布式，大流量、大访问量、高负载环境下的系统设计及优化经验；
3．精通并掌握目前主流的开源框架（Spring /Spring Boot /MyBatis / DeveOps等），并对其核心思想和实现原理有了解；精通应用的高可用、高性能、高扩展等设计；
4．熟悉掌握目前主流的技术组件，如：Nginx/Nacos / Spring Getway / Redis/ MQ / ELK / Xxl-job 等；熟悉并参与过Flowable工作流项目；
5．熟练掌握NoSQL/MySql/Oracle等关系型数据库中的一种或多种；有大数据量应用（年千万／亿级）的架构、数据生命周期管理经验；
6．具有较强的问题分析和解决能力，熟练掌握相应工作环境下的调试、调优、诊断工具；
7．良好的沟通能力，工作认真负责、积极主动、谨慎仔细、有责任心、能吃苦耐劳、有抗压能力。
