Document setups results, collaborate closely with chemists, technicians, sales, uphold equipment/operation safety. The role includes preparing test reports supporting external customer demos product promotion (travel < 30%).

Job scope:

61 Compare polishing results of different recipes slurries using metrology tools
61 Analyze refine polishing tool operations to enhance performance reproducibility during wafer processing.
61 Maintain detailed records of experimental setups, procedures, results to ensure clarity, reproducibility, effective communication of findings.
61 Work closely with chemists, technicians sales team to integrate experimental insights broader application development efforts.
61 Uphold implement equipment operation safety.
61 Work with minimal supervision, balancing competing priorities.

Requirements Qualifications:
61 Bachelors Degree above in engineering
61 Experience with SemiconductChemical Mechanical Polishing
61 Minimum 1 year experience with CMP operations, including polisher operation, pad maintenance slurry mixtures. Preferred experience with polishing design, recipe setup data generation
61 Experience with metrology equipment, measurement visual inspections
61 External customer on-site demo support product promotion with sales (travel <30% time)
61 Experience with report writing preparing Power Point presentations.
61 Clear communication of experimental design, results insights to colleagues of different functions in different regions
61 Fluent language in Mandarin English
61 Disciplined self-motivated
