任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，药学相关专业，3年以上质量管理的工作经验。研究生可以适当放宽。优先考虑候选人有生物制品通过FDA/EMA审计的经验。

2. 工作耐心、细心、有责任心，思路清晰。乐于与人沟通，表达能力强，跨部门沟通协调能力强。
