Zhongji Urban Construction Co., Ltd., founded in 1992, was formerly Zhongfang Xinya Construction Co., Ltd., an important subsidiary of China Tiancheng Group Corporation, an enterprise directly under the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. In 2019, in response to the call for central reform, it underwent mixed-ownership reform between private capital and a central state-owned enterprise, becoming a new force among mixed-ownership enterprises.
