任职资格：
1、电子类相关专业的本科及硕士以上学历；参加过全国性电子竞赛
2、掌握基本通讯功能，包括CAN、RS485等，了解modbus、ethercat、canopen等协议；
3、了解FOC失量控制算法熟悉电机驱动控制方式，例如SVPWM调制、PI控制器；；
4、有伺服电机驱动相关项目独立开发经验，具有伺服、变频类产品软件开发项目经验优先
5、精通数电、模电技术，能独立对电机驱动电路进行分析；
6、具有较强的解决问题能力、学习能力和创新能力；
7、良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作意识；
岗位职责：
1、基于 ARM 平台，开发无传感方波和正弦波驱动算法；
2、负责直流无刷电机(BLDC)整体驱动方案(包括机器人关节电机驱动，两轮电动车、电动工具、水泵、吸尘器、吹风筒家电等的软件设计；
3、积极与客户沟通，了解客户需求，撰写项目技术文档；
4、工作积极主动、责任心强，能承担一定负荷的工作压力。
