【岗位职责】
1.负责公司平台系统及核心业务的后端功能开发，承担核心模块、公共架构组件的代码编写与设计。

4.按项目排期高质量交付代码，负责生产突发问题的排查与处理，攻克重点、难点技术问题。
【任职要求】
1.计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上后端研发经验。
2.精通Java，深入掌握IO、多线程、事务、锁、并发等底层机制。
3.熟练使用 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 全家桶，熟悉框架原理；熟练掌握 Nacos、Gateway、Sentinel、Seata、OpenFeign 等微服务组件；熟练使用 Skywalking 等可观测性平台。
4.熟练掌握 Redis、MySQL、HBase、Elasticsearch、Kafka、MinIO 等主流中间件。
5.熟悉常用设计模式，对软件架构、代码架构有丰富实践经验。
加分项：
1.有GIS、GeoTools、JTS等地理信息项目经验。
2.有大型分布式、高并发系统实战经验
3.有Skywalking、Prometheus等可观测性平台二次开发经验
4.熟悉云原生、容器化（Docker/K8s）
