1、负责建立和优化软件开发管理制度、编码规则和管理制度；负责编制公司年度软件新产品研发计划和预算，并组织实施。

2、负责软件产品的变更实施和管理；负责软件产品质量问题的分析并解决，持续改进产品质量；建立软件技术知识资源库。

3、负责软件产品研发资料的编制、有效版本的发放、保存和管理。

4、负责研发团队相关管理工作，包括项目管理、梯队建设、绩效管理。

5、跟进项目研发全流程，保证项目进度和产品质量。

任职资格：

1.学历与专业背景：

①本科及以上学历、机械工程、电子工程、自动化、计算机科学、可靠性工程等相关专业。

②具备PHM技术、可靠性工程、故障诊断等相关领域的研究背景。

2.工作经验：

①10年以上相关领域工作经验，5年以上技术团队管理经验。

②有PHM项目及EAM项目经验者优先。

3.技术能力：

①精通PHM技术，熟悉故障诊断、寿命预测、健康评估等关键技术。

②具备丰富的软件开发经验，熟悉传感器数据采集、数据分析算法实现等。

③熟练掌握JAVA、Python、MATLAB等编程语言，具备良好的代码编写和调试能力。

④具备较强的系统集成能力和项目管理能力。

4.管理能力：

①具备优秀的团队管理能力，能够带领团队高效完成研发任务。

②具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与内外部团队紧密合作。
