5、熟悉分布式系统的设计，熟练掌握如消息队列、搜索引擎、Redis等中间件，熟悉其原理和优化。
6、熟练掌握Linux操作系统，Docker/Kubernetes等容器技术,有实际使用或部署经验。
7、具备良好的系统设计能力，能够独立完成复杂模块的设计与开发。

加分项（具备者优先）：
1、熟悉Python语言，能够使用Python进行脚本编写、工具开发或与算法团队进行高效协作。
